StakStop provides a simple yet effective solution to the problems caused by careless stacking of pallets.

Because forklift drivers are required to unload, sort and load pallets as quickly as possible there is a temptation to stack level pallets to save time and space.  StakStop removes the flat surface on top of your pallets thereby working at a sub-conscious level to prevent stacking.

StakStop is quick and easy to assemble and use; it was designed to be instantly recognisable as a warning device and is effective regardless of language or literacy difficulties.  By providing a visual and physical barrier to stacking StakStop helps to ensure that your pallets are handled carefully throughout their journey from production area, via warehouse and carrier, to customer.

StakStop was designed to nest easily once assembled to promote effective storage and re-use: some customers have used the same units in their production area for over six months.

StakStop is manufactured from recycled corrugated board: it is reusable, recyclable and completely biodegradable.
